My cousin and his family were supposed to go here in the Philippines this June for their vacation. But since his mom and my mom are there, they changed their plan and decided to spend their vacation in the Caribbean. They’re planning to get a Caribbean villa rentals and they’re planning to invite his sister too and bring my aunt and mom too. That way it’ll be a grand family vacation. Too bad my uncle won’t be there. He just got elected in our village’s homeowners’ association and he just couldn’t leave all his duties.

We’re planning to have a garage sale soon. We have lots of stuff that needs to be dispatched, we just can’t afford to keep it anymore because our house is already getting crowded. So instead of just giving it away, we’ve decided to sell it at discounted price. That way, we could have some extra money for the stuff that need to be fixed in the house. We have old furnitures, old toys, some children’s clothes that wouldn’t fit anymore, and a few trinkets. And I believe that someone’s trash is someone else’s treasure. Not that they’re really trash, you know?

It’s really funny how our mini garden has turned out. We have this little space outside our house and my dad expanded it about a couple of years ago. The original plan was to expand it so we could buy a small inflatable pool for the kids and put it there. But we weren’t able to buy a pool immediately, so my dad started decorating the space already and turned it to his mini garden. My dad just love plants and he sure has a green thumb. He started putting small plants in the area and some garden decors, until it turned out to be a mini garden. It looks so pretty now. It’s like we have our own small secret garden, it’s very relaxing.

My sister and brother-in-law are planning to get their own house soon. They’ll just finish my niece’s operation this year and their next target is to get their own house. I think it’s just about time and that this will be very good for them, especially since she and dad seem to be always clashing these past few months. They’re already starting to talk to mortgage lenders right now to see what deals they could get. I’m not sure if they already found the best deal but things are looking pretty good. I just hope that they could get a house in our village so it won’t be like we’re really apart. I’ll surely be sad when they move out and I’ll definitely miss them, especially my niece and nephews.

Mother’s Day is nearer than Father’s Day but my mom is currently on vacation so my sister and I decided to just give her a gift when she gets back. Our focus right now is on Father’s Day. We are looking for a very nice gift to give him. We are looking at a lot of stuff like mens gold watches, clothes made of linen, concert DVDs, and gardening books. I’m sure my dad would love to receive any of these. We also wanted to do something special for that day. Maybe we could go to the park with his grandkids and then treat him to dinner afterwards. We’re planning to have dinner at Alba’s, my dad loves Spanish Cuisine. So, what do you think? Do you think this is a great plan for his special day?

I love looking at houses, especially those very pretty ones. I love those houses with windows that have wooden exterior shutters, especially the ones with capiz shells. There aren’t many like that anymore. I’m guessing it is because the prices of capiz shells are sky-rocketing. I really love houses made of natural materials. I also love those old Spanish style houses. That’s why I enjoy going to the provinces. You could lots of different old houses while traveling. And those are such pretty sites. I know sometimes those old houses can be pretty scary, especially here in the Philippines. But I still love looking at it, wondering when it was built, and wondering about the stories it’s wall could tell.

My nephew and I are into online gaming right now. We are both playing iRose Online. iRose used to be managed by Level Up and was free for anyone. But I think that since they weren’t profiting from it, they had to close it. But now some very nice people are handling the game and they’re managing to keep it free. My nephew is so addicted to this game right now. He even asked the computer rental shop in our village to install the game in their computers so that he and his friends could play together.
