Running Shoes

Published by B under Window Shopping

I need a new pair of running shoes. I started jogging again and I’m using my Skechers with a garterized material and it just wouldn’t work. I think it’s becoming loose and it’s hard for me to run unless I wear a really thick socks. I’m not looking for a fancy one, just plain comfortable running shoes. Anyway, I’ve searched Adidas’ and Nike’s online stores and I only found one that I like from Adidas and lots from Nike. And here they are

Adidas Response Trainer 14

Nike Shox Turbo+ VI iD Women’s Running Shoe

Nike Air Max Assail V Women’s Trail Running Shoe

Nike Air Trail Pegasus+ 3 Women’s Trail Running Shoes

So, what do you think I should buy? I think I’ll go with the Pegasus. Aside from the color, I really like what the description says… it’s like this is just what I needed.

The Nike Air Trail Pegasus+ 3 Women’s Trail Running Shoe is ready to hit the trails and fly. Textured synthetic overlays can withstand whatever nature puts in your way, while a powerful midsole gives you the cushioning you’ve come to expect from a Pegasus.

I’ll look in the mall this weekend and see if I can afford it. Haha! I’ll look for an acne treatment, I’m still having a hard time sleeping which gives me more acne. My mind is still restless especially now that my niece’s surgery is already tomorrow morning. Please say a little prayer for her and send her positive thoughts. I’ll be forever thankful

Swimwear

Published by B under Window Shopping

Summer’s gone but like what I’ve said on my other blog, I’m planning to go on a trip next year. And since I’ve lost 20 lbs, I need a new swimwear. It would be a shame though to get rid of my last one because it did cost me P3000 and I was able to wear it only once. Anyway, I’m now preparing my list of things to buy and among them are swimming gears, you know, swimwear, cover-ups, flip-flops, etc. I don’t wear two-piece, a tankini maybe so I’m going for a one-piece suit. Only problem with a one-piece suit is you have to remove it everytime you go to the bathroom. Anyway, i surfed the net and here are a few pieces I’ve found that I like

Pretty huh? I just wish I’ll find some close to that here in the Philippines… the flip-flops maybe but I’m not sure about the swimwear and the top.

Look at my new outfit!

Published by B under Window Shopping

Haha! Well, not actually mine… I’ve just browsed Benetton’s site and lookie at what I’ve found… I’ve just added a complete outfit in my wishlist. I just love these colors and those shorts are so cute and the shoes… to die for! I wonder if they have a Benetton Shop in San Francisco… my mom is there right now. Maybe I could ask her to buy some of these for me. :)

And look at this dress… it’s so charming! A few more pounds to go and I’d be confident enough to wear this! I just wish I’d look charming if I wear this. Haha! Hmmm… maybe I should start wearing more dresses! :)

Bathrooms

Published by B under Window Shopping

Okay, I know you may find this weird but I like browsing online too for some stuff for the house. This is because I’m always dreaming of a beautiful house and remodeling our beloved home. If we ever get our house remodeled, one of the first which will get it’s treat is our bathroom. I’d really love a bathroom with a tub. And I want an antique look too, from the walls, to the tub, to the bathroom faucets, down to the accessories and other little details. And here are a few pieces of what you’ll find in my dream bathroom

Let’s Talk About Watches

Published by B under Interesting Facts, Window Shopping

I love watches! But after my Tag Heuer died on me, I didn’t buy one or wear one anymore. And I miss it! I remember when I used to go gaga over Swatch, Benetton and Guess watches. I miss those days too! I really love those funky designs and braided leather straps. Yeah, I love anything braided leather… I remember also owning a Benetton backpack with braided leather straps and a braided leather belt too. Anyway, back to watches look at what I’ve found doing online window shopping… I know these are luxury watches but I’d love me some of these!

From left to right, that’s the Tag Heuer Aquaracer 2000 SS Womens Watch, Gai Mattiolo Fashion Dangling Watch, and Gucci 107L SS Charms Bracelet Watch. Aren’t these gorgeous?

And here’s a little interesting fact: Have you noticed that almost all watch ads has the time set to 10:10? I noticed it when I was still working for a magazine as a lyout artist. And here’s the reason why… a watch ad should off all the hands without blocking the brand logo. The 10:10-ish set-up does that while framing the logo, making the face look balanced, and creating a positive-looking, upward-pointing “smiley face.”
